Drizzly conditions and patchy fog prevail across southwestern Connecticut early this morning, but skies are expected to gradually clear throughout the day as temperatures rise to a daytime high of about 50 degrees.

Tonight will remain mostly clear as the temperature drops to a low of about 30 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.

Tomorrow, clouds move in and the high temperature should register in the upper-40s. Nighttime will also be mostly cloudy with a temperature that drops to a low in the low-30s.

On Sunday, there is a slight chance of rain and snow after 11 a.m., with partly sunny skies and temperatures rising to the low-40s. There remains a minor chance of before 11 p.m. with a low temperature dropping to the upper-20s.

On Monday -- the Washington's Birthday hoiliday -- it should be sunny and breezy, with a high temperature in the low-40s.
