DARIEN — Police arrested a 26-year-old man accused of selling marijuana and THC oil cartridges from his Raymond Street house.

On Feb. 28, officers observed activity that was consistent with a narcotics transaction. A follow-up investigation led to a search of the Raymond Street address and identified the resident as Nicholas J. Torcia, Marron said.
