Kevin Allan has been named senior vice president of development in charge of the fundraising efforts for AmeriCares, the global health and disaster relief organization.

Allan joins AmeriCares after seven years with Changing Our World, an international philanthropy and fundraising consulting firm, where he served as senior managing director leading the company's international aid consulting work.
