The Junior League of Stamford-Norwalk, Inc. is hosting an annual spring tag sale Sunday, May 6, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the JLSN headquarters, 748 Post Road, Darien. There is also an opportunity to shop early from 9 to 10 a.m. for a $10 early entrance fee.

JLSN's tag sale is a community event that attracts many shoppers every year searching for unique finds. Not only does this spring event offer a low cost shopping opportunity for the area's residents, but it also enables JLSN to continue to support its valuable community programming each year.

Since 1923, JLSN has been an active contributor to the community. Amongst the league's valuable projects are Diaper Co-Op and the Building Healthy Families program. Diaper Co-Op seeks to ensure that low-income families in our area have an adequate supply of diapers for their infants and toddlers. JLSN also builds community awareness about the challenges that these families face and reform public policy to ensure that diapers are included in "basic human needs." The Building Healthy Families initiative provides health, nutrition and fitness programs, as well as education and resources, for community members of all ages.
