Boy Scouts add to honor roll

Boy Scout Troop 35 added three Eagle Scouts to its honor roll Sunday at the Andrew Shaw Memorial Scout Cabin at a special Eagle Court of Honor. Matthew J. Golino, Klaus W. Luther and Kyle Pasquarella joined the 2 percent of Boy Scouts nationwide who attain scouting's highest honor, the Eagle.
The Scouts, adult leaders and parents committee invited former members and Eagle Scouts of Troop 35 and 53, Eagle Scouts of the community, and friends and relatives of the Eagle candidates to the ceremony.
Matthew J. Golino is the son of Santo and Lorraine Golino, Klaus W. Luther is the son of Chris and Nancy Luther and Kyle Pasquarella is the son of Mike and Kathy Pasquarella, all of Darien. Matthew and Klaus are seniors and Kyle is a Junior at Darien HIgh School.
Troop 35 is sponsored by the Andrew Shaw Memorial Trust and meets Monday evenings at 7:15 p.m. at the Scout Cabin at 140 West Avenue. Information on joining the troop or the Eagle Court of Honor can be obtained by contacting scoutmaster Robert Cohen.
