Police received reports of car burglaries at two separate Colony Road residences Saturday, July 7.

Police said the first incident occurred overnight while four vehicles were parked at the residence: a 2009 Toyota Tacoma, a 2002 GMC Envoy, a 2010 Subaru Legacy and a 2012 Audi A44. Police said the four vehicles were unlocked and the residents noticed entry at 6 a.m. when they saw a wallet was removed from the Toyota. Police recovered the wallet, but $100 in cash was missing.

In the second incident, police said a 2010 Acura MDX, which was parked in the driveway, was entered during the night. Police said the vehicle was left unlocked and a Tom Tom GPS of unknown value was taken. The theft was discovered at approximately 10 a.m.
