DARIEN — A Darien man turned himself into police on four separate warrants for failing to appear in court.
On April 26 around 12:30 a.m., Luis Sanchez, of Allen O’Neill Drive, turned himself into police on four separate warrants for second-degree failure to appear charges. Three of the warrants were related to 2016 charges issued in Darien, including fourth- and fifth-degree larceny charges and disorderly conduct. The fourth warrant was related to a 2016 arrest in Stamford where the 19-year-old was charged with driving a car without permission and evading responsibility.
Sanchez was held overnight on four separate bonds totaling $18,500. He was brought to Stamford Court on April 26 and given an upcoming court date of May 10.
