Free support group helps parents of children with emotional/behavioral issues
The Stamford/Greenwich Affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness will offer a new support group for parents and primary caregivers of children and adolescents with behavioral, emotional and mental health issues.
The NAMI CAN (Child and Adolescent Network) support group begins on Tuesday, March 13, in Stamford. The support group will meet the second Tuesday of every month, starting on March 13, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in Conference Room B, at Tully Health Center, 32 Strawberry Hill Court, Stamford.

Living with and caring for an child whose behavior is affected by major depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder or another serious psychiatric illness can be confusing and stressful.
