Halstead Property welcomes landscape designer
Halstead Property announces Emily Kelting has joined their New Canaan office.
Kelting is a graduate of Vassar College and holds a certificate in landscape design from the New York Botanical Garden, where she also currently teaches. A New Canaan resident, Kelting has worked in many communities throughout Fairfield County through GreatScapes, her landscape design business. This added benefit will assist clients who are unfamiliar with the many outstanding communities that Fairfield County has to offer.
"Her patience and perseverance ensures the client a well rounded experience in all price points. We are impressed by the different aspects of real estate [Kelting] adds to our firm, and we are excited to have her join Halstead," Sharon Daley Maasdorp, executive director of sales for the Halstead Property New Canaan office, said.
In addition, Kelting's extensive knowledge of landscape design offers a unique bonus to clients. She can help sellers attain a "curb appeal" without breaking the bank. Buyers of "fixer-upper" properties can utilize Kelting's expertise as well, as she is able to see the potential in a home and articulate renovation ideas.
