Man charged with breach of peace after yelling in CVS
Christopher Carey, 57, of Norwalk, was charged with second-degree breach of peace Nov. 16 after becoming agitated in a CVS pharmacy and yelling obscenities, police said.
Police responded to CVS at 4:18 p.m. after receiving a call complaining of a man on crutches who was yelling at employees and patrons.
Carey was told the police were called and he left but police were able to locate him at his residence. He admitted to being upset because he wasn't being served fast enough, police said.
He posted a $250 bond and was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 30.
