Norwalk Hospital will host its annual service of remembrance for families of patients who died this past year at the hospital. The service will take place at the Whittingham Cancer Center at 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 1.

"It will be an opportunity for people to recall their loved ones in community with others who have suffered loss," the Rev. Debra Slade, director of spiritual care at Norwalk Hospital said. The hospital's chaplains will be available to offer support and care.

The memorial program will feature music by soloist Crystal Colbert, accompanied by Chaplain Carol Bauer and flutist Karen Prescott, all of Norwalk Hospital.
