According to the report, Jones was captured on video urinating in the garbage can in the police department lobby, one day after his solicitors permit was revoked by Darien Police. Jones was able to exit the department and enter a waiting van before officers could stop him.
At the time the permit was revoked, Jones was selling magazines for a company identified as Liberty Sales of Houston. The permit was revoked due to the fact that he had another person working with him at the time and they were both using his permit which is a violation.
