A 20-speed bicycle, valued at $1,850 was reported stolen from a garage on Middlesex Road on Monday, April 26. The owner last saw his 2009 Jamis Xenith, blue, black and silver bicycle in his detached garage on Friday April 23, before going away for the weekend, police said. The bicycle was not locked to anything, and the garage was left unlocked, according to police.

An employee's wallet was reported stolen from an office in Beadz Boutique, 37 Tokeneke Road, on Wednesday, April 28. The woman left her black zippered wallet, containing $200 in cash, as well as various credit cards, a check book and her driver's licence, in a pocketbook, on a table in an office, near a doorway leading to the retail space at noon on Thursday, police said. She reached into her purse to pull out her wallet, after returning home at 4 p.m., and discovered the wallet was missing.
There was one unsuccessful attempt to use her Bank of America Visa card at an unknown location, according to police.

A BlackBerry, valued at $250, was reported stolen from the girl's locker room at Darien High School on Friday, April 30. The complainant told the police that her daughter's smartphone had been stolen on Friday, April 23; while they had already reported the incident to school officials, she wanted to inform the police as well, police said.
The woman's daughter left the BlackBerry in her backpack, which she placed in a pile along with other girls' bags in the locker room at 9:30 a.m. before her gym class, according to the police report. When she returned to the locker room at 10:10 a.m. after class, she looked for her phone inside her bag but could not find it, police said.
