Providing false identity leads to charges
Jesse Dickens, 29, of 18 Grove St., Norwalk, was arrested on June 14 on charges of interfering with an officer, operating with a suspended license, failure to return a suspended license and a defective stop lamp.
At approximately 11 a.m., officers saw that one of Dickens' brake lights was not working and pulled him over in the area of Brookside Drive, said police.
He identified himself as Jason Dickens and provided an inaccurate date of birth, police said. After further questioning, he admitted to his true identity, indicating he lied because he knew his license was under suspension, police said.
