Police responded to a birthday party at 719 Post Road on Friday, July 6, for a complaint of loud behavior.

According to the report, Angela Corbin, 58, of 719 Post Road, Darien, and her brother, William Plaskowsky, 63, of Brooklyn, N.Y., were both charged with second-degree breach of peace. According to police, Corbin was hosting a birthday party for Plaskowsky when the two began arguing. Police said they received a complaint at 2:10 p.m. when the argument became "loud and disruptive."

Corbin was issued a summons on scene and Plaskowsky was transported to headquarters, where he was processed for the arrest and released on a written promise to appear.
