Tools taken from home

A set of contractor tools was reported stolen from a Sunset Road residence under construction Jan. 17.
The tools were left in the home which could not be locked, police said. The tools were last seen at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 16 and were discovered missing at 9 a.m. Jan. 17.
Taken from the home were a wet saw valued at $1,300; a pair of stilts for drywall application; a drywall rotozip valued at $180; a drill valued at $120; an extension cord valued at $40; a painter's tool bag with contents valued at $300; a heat gun valued at $40 and a painter's tool box valued at $150.
